Here is the best way I've found to learn a language. It takes time but it is free. (A few suggestions):

    - Find out what situations you'll encounter most often in your daily routine.

    - Write down what you would say in English to describe those situations.

    - Have a native write down how she would describe those situations.

-Study and read the translations the native gives you.

Eventually you'll have all the situations you need. And because they're routine you'll use and practice them a lot! You can find a lot of very common! situations or ideas from http://www.learn-podcast-spanish.com/spanish-actresses.html (Spanish actresses and actors in movies).

Also check out some of the most common Spanish words, phrases, and conversations that natives use: http://www.learn-podcast-spanish.com/spanish-words.html. You'll find that these words and situations will save you a lot of time!! It worked for me!
